The PL-2 design is being certificated as a primary training aircraft by the Argentine Air Force and it will be entirely built by students at the National College of Technical Education in El Palomar, Buenos Aires. This story was featured by EAA in October, 2014, in an article titled “Homebuilders Hall of Famer’s Design to Be Certificated in Argentina.”
