The partnership between Pazmany Aircraft and Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. began in the 1960’s when Ladislao Pazmany worked closely with Aircraft Spruce founder Flo Irwin and appointed Aircraft Spruce as the distributor of kits for his PL-1, PL-2, PL-4A, and PL-9 experimental aircraft. Through the years, Aircraft Spruce has furnished materials to builders of Pazmany designs worldwide as well as supplying the popular light aircraft design books authored by Ladislao Pazmany. He was a pioneer in experimental aircraft design and his legacy has been carried on by his wife Margarita Pazmany, who in 2016 appointed Aircraft Spruce as the exclusive distributor of Pazmany books and plans. We are pleased to have the opportunity to continue to make the designs of Ladislao Pazmany available to the homebuilt aircraft community.
